摘　　要：第一掌骨骨折在法医学鉴定过程中比较常见。第一掌骨骨折常会影响拇指活动功能,而如何正确地评估拇指功能丧失的程度是目前国内法医界关注的焦点问题之一。本文就目前国内第一掌骨骨折法医学鉴定过程中存在的问题进行分析讨论。The first metacarpal fracture is very common in forensic identification process, it often affects the function of the thumb, and how to correctly assess the degree of loss of thumb function become a focus in the fields of forensic medicine. We review the existing problems in the forensic identification of the first metacarpal fracture.
