摘　　要：重组人脑利钠肽(Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide,rh BNP)是一种人工合成的内源性激素,具有排钠利尿、扩张血管、降低心脏前后负荷、抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统和交感神经系统等作用。临床上,rh BNP已经成为心力衰竭的一线治疗药物,国内外的多个临床研究也指出因其药理特性,rh BNP也适用于神经内分泌过度激活的心脏外科手术,对心脏、肾脏及肺等重要脏器发挥保护作用。Recombinant human Brain Natriuretic Peptide（rh BNP）,a kind of synthetic endogenous hormone,has various functions,including natriuretic and vasodilatory effects,reducing the preload and after load of heart,as well as inhibiting the renin-angiotensinaldosterone system and sympathetic Nervous system.It is known that rh BNP has been regarded as f irst-line therapy for heart failure.According to clinical trials in this field both at home and abroad,rh BNP also works during cardiac surgery associated with neurohumoral activation based on its pharmacologic features.Moreover,rh BNP plays a protective role in vital organs,such as heart,kidney,lung etc.
