摘　　要：介绍了在某钢企带钢生产线开卷器液压系统中的平衡阀芯点蚀严重的现象。针对可能引起这种现象发生几种的原因进行了分析。通过分析整个控制系统的原理和液压阀的内部结构,最终找到了问题的根本原因并加以解决,为带钢的高产创造了有利条件。Theserious phenomenon of pitting corrosion of balance core in hydraulic system of steel strip produc- tion line of a steel enterprise is introduced. And several reasons that may cause this phenomenon are analyzed. By an- alyzing the principle of the whole control system and the internal structure of the hydraulic valve, the root cause of the problem is found and solved, which creates favorable conditions for high production of the steel strip.
