摘　　要：冷锯憋锯是钢铁行业常见设备问题之一,憋锯问题会严重影响生产节奏和产品质量。型钢生产线经技术改造后生产节奏加快,而冷锯锯切就成了影响全厂产量的一个瓶颈。多元化设备管理,彻底解决了憋锯影响产线节奏问题。论证加强设备维护的重要性。Cold sawing suffocation is one of the common problems in iron and steel industry which can seriously affect the production rhythm and product quality. The production speed of the section steel production line has been accelerated after technical transformation, but the cold sawing was the bottlenecks in the capacity increase. To solve the cold saw problems, equipment administrator shifted the way of thinking, detailed analysis and diversified manage- ment in depth from place to place. At last we have solved the question. It is important for us to solve the question un- der the detail analysis and diversified management.
