摘　　要：冶金500智能润滑系统主要应用于3200立方米及以上级大型高炉炉顶机械设备,改善了原集中润滑的缺点,提高了大型及超大型高炉炉顶机械设备性能,该系统主要运用PLC自动控制系统、上位监控、网络通讯及分布式I/O总线技术,实现了大型高炉炉顶设备各润滑点一对一润滑,一对一监测反馈,一对一实时监控,为润滑点分布较广的大型及超大型高炉炉顶机械设备开创了一种性价比较高的全新智能润滑系统。The metallurgical 500 lubrication system was mainly applied for over 3200 cubic meters of large blast furnace equipment to avoid the original centralized lubrication shortcomings. The top mechanical equipment of large and super large blast furnace was improved in the performance. All lubricating points of lubrication, a monitoring feedback, a real - time monitoring were realized with the PLC automatic control system, computer monitoring, network communication and distributed 1/0 bus technology for large and su- per large blast furnace equipment with wide distribution lubrication points to create a new intelligent lubrica- ting system of high costly with price lower.
