摘　　要：红外显微镜Mapping成像是结合傅里叶变换红外和显微镜特点于一体的技术，可弥补传统红外技术无法实现物体微区成分分析的不足，是微区分析的重要手段之一。本文使用岛津红外显微镜的Mapping成像功能分别研究了药片和橡胶中各组分分布的均匀性，可在显微镜下指定扫描区域，设置合适大小的扫描光阑，由软件自动完成指定范围的逐点扫描，再通过软件对扫描范围内的光谱图进行分析和拟合，可获得组分分布的Mapping成像图，从图上能非常直观地了解物质中各成分的分布情况，为深入研究物质的性质提供重要参考。Mapping imaging function of infrared microscope is a technology combining with Fourier transform infrared spectrum and microscope, it can realize micro-zone analysis for obtaining the information of the component distribution of the materials. Infrared imaging with infrared microscope was mainly studied in this paper, the tablet and rubber were the targets. The mapping images of the samples can be obtain following by designating the scanning zone of the samples, setting the scanning aperture, auto scanning and imaging by the software. From the mapping images, we can obtain the distribution information of the materials directly, providing important reference for studying the property of the materials.
