摘  要:建立了HPLC—HG-AFS(高效液相.氢化物发生联用原子荧光光谱法),以及通道合并测定地表水中砷形态方法。该方法对四种砷形态(AsⅢ,DMA,MMA,AsV)的方法检测限为0.25.0.89mg.L^-1,标准曲线相关系数r均优于0.999。将该方法用于地表水样品测试,加标回收率在73.0—105%之间,同一样品平行处理7次,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%。The method of analysising arsenic morphology in surface water was established by HPLC -HG-AFS (high efficiency liquid phase - hydride generation), and the arsenic morphology of surface water was tested by means of channel combining. Four kinds of arsenic morphology (AsⅢ , DMA, MMA, As V ) method detection are between 0.25- 0.89 mg.L^-1, and correlation index of standard curve better than 0.999. The method was applied to the test of surface water samples, and the index recovery rate was between 73.05-105%, and the same sample was processed seven times in parallel, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5%
