摘 要:为满足《多目标区域地球化学调查规范(1:250000)》对样品中Hg元素的检出限严格要求,采用冷原子荧光光谱法测定样品中的Hg元素浓度,优化灯电流、负高压、载气流量、原子化温度等仪器工作条件。结果表明,方法检出限为0.19ng/g,标准物质GBW07501a、GBW07428、GBW07426的△IgC(n=12)分别为0.000、0.030、0.043,其RSD(n=12)分别为4.95%,4.53%,6.98%,满足《多目标区域地球化学调查规范(1:250000)》关于分析方法检出限,准确度、精密度的要求。It is difficult to meet the detection limit of “the specification of multi-purpose regional geochemical survey (1: 2500000)” for Hg in the samples. The cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry was chosen to analyze the Hg element concentration of the samples. The working conditions such as lamp current, negative pressure, carrier gas flow and atomization temperature was optimized. The results showed optimized method meets the analysis method requirement of “the specification of multi-purpose regional geochemical survey (1: 2500000)”. The Method detection limit is 0.19 ng/g. The △ lgC (n = 12) of GBW07301a, GBW07428 and GBW07426 is 0.000, 0.030 and 0.043, respectively. The RSD (n = 12) of the three standard materials is 4.95% and 4.33%, 6.98%, respectively.
