摘　　要：本文以华中农业大学园艺植物教育部重点实验室细胞生物学仪器平台一套型号为TCS-SP8的徕卡激光扫描共聚焦显微镜为例，对其机组基本原理、基本操作、注意事项及常见功能应用进行阐述，希望对初学者和广大科研工作者有所帮助。In this paper, a confocal laser scanning microscope SP8 produced by a German Leica company as a biological experiment platform are taken as an example in the College of Horticulture and Forestry Sciences of Huazhong Agricultural University. Combined with the actual operation experience~ a great deal of summary and exploration had been described about the principle, operation, maintenance, Software features and troubleshooting of Leica confocal laser scanning microscope sets SP8
