摘　　要：电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪广泛应用于航空金属材料的检测中，本文介绍了Optima8800DV型全谱直读光谱仪上的结构和特点，日常检测工作中出现的一些故障判断和快速解决方法，探讨了光谱仪的辅助设备水冷循环机和空压机对光谱仪正常工作的影响，对仪器日常保养提出一些建议。Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is widely used in the testing of the aviation metals material. The configuration and the character of the Optima8300DV type is introduced. The fast judgments and the resolution of the failures in the daily work are also discussed. Besides the influence of the assistant facility of the spectrometry is personated such as water-cool and air compressor machine. Consequently the maintenance of the daily work is summarized
