润肠通便方治疗肛肠手术后便秘临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究润肠通便方治疗肛肠手术后便秘的临床疗效。方法:将60例肛肠手术后便秘患者按照随机数字法分为观察组与对照组各30例,观察组患者采用润肠通便方治疗,对照组患者采用聚乙醇电解质散剂治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效及临床症状积分变化情况。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,组间临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后各项排便症状积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:润肠通便方治疗肛肠手术后便秘安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To study the curative effect of Runchang Tongfang on postoperative constipation of anorectal surgery. Methods：Sixty patients with postoperative constipation were divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases） according to random number method. The rats in the observation group were treated with laxative and the control group was given polyelectrolyte powder. The clinical curative effect and clinical symptom score of the two groups were observed. Results ： The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group and 70.00 % in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The scores of defecation cases were lower in the observation group than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Runchang Tongfang is safe and effective in the treatment of constipation after anorectal surgery, it is worth of clinical promoting.
