摘　　要：美国页岩气革命带动了全球页岩气开发,在这场革命中发挥举足轻重作用的不是大型石油公司,而是本土的独立石油公司。分析了美国独立石油公司的特点和优势,独立石油公司拥有的企业家精神、相互协作分工和灵活的融资方式都是其成功引领页岩气革命的重要因素。研究认为:我国的民营石油企业可以借鉴美国独立石油公司的经验,引入多元化投资主体,着重技术创新,积极拓展融资渠道,和国有石油公司形成互补共同开发页岩气。The shale gas reform in America boosted global shale gas development. In the reform, not the large oil companies, but local independent oil companies played a decisive role. After analyzing the features and advantages of the independent oil companies in America, it is found the Entrepreneurial Spirit, the system of cooperation and labor division and flexible financing channel of the independent oil companies are just the important factors leading to the success of the shale gas reform. Study shows that private oil companies in China can use the experiences of independent oil companies in US for reference to introduce diversified investors,emphasize technological innovation and broaden financial channels actively so as to develop shale gas jointly with state-owned oil companies.
