摘　　要：本文介绍空分冷箱在不进行裸冷检查,直接开车的情况下,从冷箱设计到施工过程中采取的方法措施,要求设计严格把关,施工过程严格控制。不裸冷开车,即施工完成后直接生产,能够节省工期、节省工程费用,取得事半功倍的经济效益和社会效益,这种方法在国外的一些空分建设中采用较多,在国内只是尝试阶段。This paper introduces the measures taken to set up a cold box for air separation equipment from the designing stage to construction when it is used for direct actual run upon completion. Strict control is required. Direct actual run can shorten the time limit for the project and save cost, improving the social and economic benefit. This method is widely used abroad. However, it is still at the trial stage in China.
