复方板蓝根冲剂与治疣胶囊治疗扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对复方板蓝根冲剂与治疣胶囊治疗扁平疣的疗效进行观察。方法:选取132例我院于2016年2月-2017年1月所收治的扁平疣患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组行治疣胶囊治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加施复方板蓝根冲剂治疗,观察并比较两组患者疗效。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.94%,较对照组的81.82%明显更高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应的发生率及复发率分别为1.52%、1.52%,较对照组的10.61%、9.09%明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:采取复方板蓝根冲剂与治疣胶囊联合治疗扁平疣可有效改善患者临床症状,减少不良反应的发生,且不易复发,取得良好疗效,值得在临床当中进行推广应用。Objective： To observe the curative effects of compound Banlangen granule and verruca capsuleon verruca plana. Methods： A total of 132 patients with vermca plana treated in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with verruca capsule. The observation group was treated with Compound Banlangen granule combined with verruca capsule. The efficacy in two groups was observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate was 93.94% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 81.82% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence and recurrence rate of the adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.52% and 1.52% respectively, which were significantly lower than 10.61% and 9.09% in the control group respectively, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compound Banlangen granule and verruca capsule could relieve the clinical symptoms in treating verruca plana, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, with less recurrence, showed a good curative effect and was worth popularizing in clinical application.
