中西医结合护理方法在老年肺炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究老年肺炎患者接受中西医结合护理的价值。方法:将2016年1月30日-2016年12月30日在本院接受治疗的100例老年肺炎患者按照护理方案不同分为两组,每组由50例患者组成。试验组采取中西医结合护理方案,包括一般护理、营养支持护理、呼吸道护理以及中西医结合护理(穴位注射、穴位敷贴以及中药口服),对照组实施常规护理方案,以饮食指导、疾病知识教育、用药指导、注意事项叮嘱为主要内容。结合两组老年肺炎患者的体征和症状评估治疗效果,对比两组总有效率,同时统计两组患者的住院时间。结果:试验组老年肺炎患者的住院时间(7.12±1.20)d明显短于对照组患者的住院时间(13.52±3.77)d,同时试验组的总有效率(92.00%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(82.00%),P<0.05。结论:老年肺炎患者接受中西医结合护理的价值较高,可将患者的住院时间缩短,促进患者疾病更好的恢复。Objective： To explore the value of the integrative medicine nursing on pneumonia in elderly patients. Methods： 100 cases of pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from January 30, 2016 to December 30, 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing plans, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group received the integrative medicine nursing, including general nursing, nutrition support nursing, respiratory care and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine （acupoint injection, acupoint application and oral Chinese medicine）. The control group was treated by routine nursing program, diet guidance, disease knowledge education, medication guidance, precautions as the main contents. The pneumonia signs and symptoms in two groups were combined to assess the treatment effect, the total effective rate was compared, and the hospitalized days in two groups were statistically calculated. Results： The time of hospitalization in the experimental group （7.12± 1.20） days was significantly shorter than （13.52±3.77） days in the control group, and the total effective rate in the experimental group （92.00%） was significantly higher than 82.00% in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The integrated medicine nursing had high value on senile pneumonia patients, and could shorten the patient＇s hospital stay and promote the recovery of patients.
