摘 要:无刷双馈电机设计时转子谐波含量较大,影响着电机性能。采用绕线式转子结构并利用齿谐波原理,设计的新型同心式转子结构的无刷双馈电机,能够很好地解决此问题。阐述齿谐波原理,并以一台绕线式无刷双馈电机为例,具体分析同心式转子绕组的磁动势。利用有限元仿真软件建模仿真。对无刷双馈电机发电运行时,电机磁密分布、气隙磁密谐波和不同转速下功率绕组电压波形在仿真和样机实验时的结果进行分析,验证同心式转子绕组能调制磁场和降低气隙谐波,使无刷双馈电机具有良好的性能指标。The rotor harmonic content is large when the brushless doubly-fed motor is designed, which af- fects the performance of the motor. A new type of brushless doubly fed machine with concentric rotor struc- ture, which was designed by adopting the winding this problem well. In this paper, the principle of rotor structure and the principle of tooth harmonic, solved tooth harmonic was expounded, and then took a winding brushless doubly fed machine as an example, the magnetic motive force of concentric rotor winding was ana- lyzed in detail. The element simulation software was used to model and simulate, and analyzing the results of the magnetic flux density distribution, the air gap magnetic flux density harmonics and the voltage waveforms of the power winding at different speeds in the simulation and prototype experiments when the brushless dou- bly fed machine was in power generation operation, it was verified that the concentric rotor winding could modulate the magnetic field and reduce the air gap harmonics, which makes the brushless doubly fed ma- chine have good performance index.
