摘 要:过调制能够有效地提高直流母线电压利用率,进而提高逆变器输出电压,但传统的SVPWM过调制算法需要经过复杂的三角计算或查表,实现方式困难。针对此问题,提出一种基于逻辑判断的过调制算法(LG-SVPWM),可以统一处理两个过调制区域,无需计算保持角,且易于实现。在整个调制区域,能够实现逆变器从线性调制区到六阶梯波的平滑过渡,并且输出电压谐波含量低。理论分析和实验结果表明,该算法具有实现简便以及输出电压谐波含量低的优点,适合应用于永磁同步电动机矢量控制系统中。The utilization of DC bus voltage can be effectively improved with over-modulation which can fur- ther enhance the fundamental voltage of the inverter. It needs complex trigonometric calculation or look-up table for traditional SVPWM over-modulation algorithm, which is not easy to implement. A SVPWM over- modulation algorithm based on logical judgement for SVPWM inverters was presented, which can uniformly deal with two over-modulation regions. The algorithm needs not to calculate hold angle, and was effortless to implement. The inverter can transit from the linear operation to the six-step operation smoothly in the whole over-modulation region. Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the algorithm is conven- ient and with low total harmonic distortion of the output voltage , feasible for application in permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system.
