摘  要:采用分子量分级、极性分析、光谱分析方法,研究了市政污泥水溶性有机物(DOM)在蚯蚓堆肥前后的变化特征。结果表明,蚯蚓处理后污泥DOM中<300 D的组分含量高出对照组污泥6.50%,>8 000 D的组分则少了56.25%;疏水性组分比例高出对照组50.76%。光谱分析表明,试验组中均存在羧酸、芳香族物质等,且蚯蚓处理后污泥DOM的蛋白质含量、分子量降低,多糖和芳香族物质含量增加。荧光光谱显示原始污泥中含有大量蛋白质和腐殖质,经过90 d降解生成色氨酸、酪氨酸等物质,且处理组腐殖化程度高于对照组。The changes of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in the municipal sludge before and after earthworm composting are studied using dialysis,polarity analysis and spectra scanning. The results show that content of DOM in treated sludge below 300 D increases after vermicomposting,6.50% higher than that in control sludge,but components above 8 000 D reduces by 56.25%. Meanwhile,the proportion of hydrophilic component in treated sludge is 50.76% higher than that of control sludge. The spectrums analysis indicate the experimental sludges contain carboxylic acid,aromatic substance,etc.After vermicomposting, the contents of polysaccharide and aromatic compounds in DOM increase, with protein and molecular weight decreased. Fluorescence spectras show that the original sludge contains a large number of proteins and humus,produces tryptophan,tyrosine and other substances after 90 days' degradation,and humification of treated sludge is higher than that of control sludge.
