昭通天麻微量元素的测定与分析

摘　　要：以火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)对昭通产乌天麻、红天麻、黄天麻、绿天麻中Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Mg、Pb等七种微量元素的含量进行测定.结果表明,乌天麻中Ca、Zn、Mn和Fe元素的含量明显较优;而红天麻中Zn、Cu和Mn三种元素含量,与黄天麻中Ca和Mg两种元素含量,在四种天麻中是最低的.此外,Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn和Mg等6种元素的含量与天麻的等级之间没有表现出明显的正相关性.In this paper, the contents of Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Mg, Pb seven elements in Gastrodia elata（Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca, Gastrodia elata Bl.f. elata, Gastrodia elata Bl.f.flavida, Gastrodia elata Bl.f.viridis） were determined by the method of FAAS, and the differences in the content of Gastrodia elata were compared. The experimental results show that the Gastrodia element content in Zhaotong with different variant has certain relevance, the comparison shows that there is significant difference among the four variants of gastrodin content of trace elements, no significant difference between the different levels of the same type. For consumers to buy Gastrodia elata Blume and internal quality provides a reference.
