摘　　要：高校学术自由权利在建设"双一流"高校的背景下极其重要,吸引大量学者的关注和研究,目前,有关高校学术自由权利的研究已然取得丰硕的成果。就高校学术自由与学术自由权的概念界定、学术自由权利的具体内容以及学术自由权利救济等方面的相关研究进行分类整理,剖析其研究成果的维度和深度,并从教育、法制两个研究视角出发,对学术自由权内涵透析,保障机制探索,权利救济考量等方面的问题做出了综合叙述。Under the circumstances of constructing a batch of ＂double top＂ universities in China, the topic of academic freedom right has manifested extreme importance and at the moment has gained substantial results. This thesis sorted out various concepts of academic freedom and academic freedom rights definition, specific content of academic freedom rights and the academic freedom rights relief etc., and analyzed the dimensions and depth of research results. Besides, based on different perspectives of education and legal system, this paper made a comprehensive consideration of academic freedom right connotation, the security system and rights relief.
