人工饲料对锈色粒肩天牛生长发育的影响研究

摘　　要：作者用烘干的云实嫩枝粉配以大豆粉、纤维素、蔗糖、抗坏血酸、蒸馏水等制成4种不同配比的人工饲料饲养锈色粒肩天牛Apriona swainsoni,结果表明配方Ⅱ饲料对锈色粒肩天牛的饲养效果最好,其中:幼虫成活率和成虫羽化率最高,分别达到86.7%、83.3%;幼虫平均历期为320 d,最短的仅为256 d;成虫存活时间最长,雌成虫平均存活时间30.1 d,雄成虫平均存活时间为17.3 d;256d后,幼虫平均体长最长可达57 mm,平均体重最重可达5.03 g。The author bred Apriona swainsoni by artificial diets,w hich w ere made of dried pow der from fresh Caesalpinia decapetala tw igs,mixed w ith soy flour,cellulose,sucrose,ascorbic acid,distilled w ater in different proportion.The results show ed that diet Ⅱ w as most suitable for feeding A. swainsoni.The diet had the longest larval survival rate and adult emergence rate,getting 86. 7% and 83. 3% respectively; the average larval duration w as 320 days,w herein the shortest 256 days; adult survived longest,w herein the female 30. 1 days and the male 17. 3 days respectively; 256 days later,the mean longest body length reached 57 mm,the mean heaviest body w eight got 5. 03 g.
