草坪害虫淡剑灰翅夜蛾高致病力莱氏野村菌菌株的筛选及其田间防治效果

摘　　要：室内测定了7株莱氏野村菌Metarhizium rileyi菌株对草坪害虫淡剑灰翅夜蛾Spodoptera depravata 3龄幼虫的毒力,结果表明,25℃下1×108个/m L孢子浓度莱氏野村菌对淡剑灰翅夜蛾的致死中时LT50为3.75~5.21 d。选取室内毒力测定中效果较好的菌株DT2011N7分别在8月和9月进行2次野外药效试验,结果表明,在8月高温条件下,莱氏野村菌对淡剑灰翅夜蛾无防治效果,而9月份防治效果明显,药后7 d,1×10~8个/m L和1×10~7个/m L孢子悬浮液的校正防效分别为78.53%和54.29%,药后10 d达到最佳防效,分别为79.33%和89.85%,药后20 d,仍有一定的防效,分别为46.17%和41.55%。试验表明莱氏野村菌对淡剑灰翅夜蛾具有良好的杀虫活性和持效性,具有作为生防菌株开发利用的潜力。The virulence of seven Metarhizium rileyi strains against 3 rd instar larvae Spodoptera depravata w as screened. The bioassay result show ed the median lethal time LT50 of M. rileyi against S. depravata w as 3. 75 ~ 5. 21 d w ith 1×108 conidia/m L under 25 ℃. Field trial w as conducted to evaluate the efficacy of the selected M. rileyi strain DT2011 N7 in August and September,respectively. While the treatment under higher temperature show ed no efficacy in August,the corrected control efficacy in cooler September w as 78. 53% w ith 1 × 10~8 conidia/m L spore suspension and 54. 29% w ith1×10~7 conidia/m L on the 7 th day after treatment,the efficacy on the 10 th day w as 79. 33% and89. 85% respectively,w hich show ed the best control efficacy,and the efficacy in the 20 th day w as46. 17% and 41. 55%,respectively. Hence M. rileyi is a promising fungal insecticide for controlling S. depravata.
