莫西沙星治疗28例成人军团菌肺炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨莫西沙星治疗成人军团菌肺炎的临床疗效。方法收集某院确诊的94例军团菌肺炎患者,选择其中初始治疗采用莫西沙星的28例患者(治疗组)和采用头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素的28例患者(对照组),比较两组在成人军团菌肺炎治疗中的临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈28例,总有效率100%;对照组痊愈28例,总有效率为100%。两组痊愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组72 h退热率、平均热退时间、获得临床稳定时间均较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组药物不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论莫西沙星在成人军团菌肺炎治疗中具有疗效确切、安全性好、副作用少等特点。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of moxifloxacin in the treatment of legionella pneumonia among adults.Me thods 94 cases of legionella pneumonia admitted in a hospital were selected.28 cases with the initial treatment of moxifloxacin were in the treatment group and 28 cases with the initial treatment of ceftriaxone with azithromycin were in the control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups in the treatment of adult Legionella pneumonia was compared.Re s ults 28 cases were cured in the treatment group with the total effective rate of 100% and 28 cases in the control group was also cured with the total effective rate of 100%.The difference of effective rate between the two groups was not statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The rate of reducing-fever within 72 h,the average time of fever retreat and the time of clinical stability in the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclus ion Moxifloxacin enjoyed a definite effect in the treatment of adult Legionella pneumonia with less adverse reaction.
