摘　　要：目的目前军队疗养院面临军改任务需求,本文旨在研究探讨促进疗养院建设发展的新思路、新举措。方法运用SWOT分析理论对军队疗养院现状进行综合分析,深刻剖析疗养院内部环境存在的优势和劣势,以及军队改革新时期外部环境存在的机遇和挑战。结果据此提出军队疗养院需政策扶持、顺应形势、积极应对,加大为兵服务、人才技术、军民融合、硬件设施等方面建设力度。结论军队疗养院应尽快顺应编制体制调整,破解制约因素,实行一系列新举措,确保疗养院全面建设可持续发展。Objective In the new period of the military reform,military sanatoriums face new tasks.This paper aims to probe new ideas and measures to promote the construction and development of them.Me thods The thesis applies SWOT analysis theory to make a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of military sanatoriums,displaying advantages and disadvantages of the inner environment of sanatoriums and opportunities and challenges of external environment in the new period of the military reform.Re s ults Hereby the article put forward the measures for the development of military sanatoriums should be policy support,adaptation and positive response to the current situation,increase services for military staff,talents cultivation,technology adoption,the building of civil-military integration and hardware facilities construction etc.Conclus ion Military sanatoriums should comply with establishment system adjustment,crack binding factors and adopt a series of new measures to ensure the all-around sustainable development of sanatoriums.
