摘 要:采用CFRP,BFRP,GFRP 3种筋材对钢筋混凝土梁进行表层嵌入式(Near surface Mounted-NSM)加固。通过对比不同筋材加固后构件的荷载位移曲线、开裂模式、破坏模式来分析对比3种筋材的加固效果。试验结果表明,使用嵌入式方法加固可以有效地提高构件的抗弯承载力,构件的刚度和抗裂的基本性能也明显改善。其中嵌入CFRP筋材构件的承载力最高,其次是嵌入GFRP筋材,BFRP筋材构件。表层嵌贴FRP筋材加固钢筋混凝土梁具有良好的受力性能和较好的应用前景。Three types of Fiber Reinforced Polymer(FRP) bars,including CFRP,BFRP and GFRP,were used to conduct Near Surface Mounted(NSM) strengthening on reinforced concrete beams. By comparing the load displacement curves,cracking patterns and failures modes of the specimens with different reinforcement materials,the effect of NSM FRP bars was studied. The test results show that NSM strengthening method can effectively enhance the flexural bearing capacity of the beams. In addition,the stiffness and crack resistance of the structural component was also improved by NSM strengthening method significantly. The CFRP bars strengthened beam has the highest loading-carrying capacity compared to those strengthened by BFRP and GFRP bars. The results show that the concrete beams strengthened by NSM method have good mechanical properties and good application prospect.
