中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾衰竭的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾衰竭的效果。方法选取我院于2015年2月~2017年2月收治的88例糖尿病肾衰竭患者,随机将其分为对照组(n=44)和研究组(n=44)。对照组患者给予常规西医进行治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合中药汤剂进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组的63.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的空腹血糖、血清肌酐、24 h尿蛋白、尿素氮较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且与对照组比较,研究组的改善程度更明显,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾衰竭的效果显著,临床价值值得肯定。Objective To observe the effect of combination of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of diabetic renal failure.Methods 88 patients with diabetic renal failure treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （n=44） and study group （n=44）.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine treatment,while the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect in patients between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （63.64%）,with significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The post-treatment fasting blood glucose,serum creatinine,24 h urine protein and urea nitrogen of two groups were significantly improved in comparison with those before treatment （P〈0.05）,and compared to the control group,the degree of improvement of the study group was more obvious,with significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）Condusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of diabetic renal failure in the treatment of diabetic renal failure is effective, and its clinical value is worthy of recognition.
