摘　　要：提出了客车管理的现状及问题,说明了车辆管理部门对位置追踪系统的需求,阐述了客车位置追踪系统的实现原理,给出了实现方法。The situation and problems of passenger train management are put forward and the requirements of the vehicle management department for position tracking system are explained. The principle of the passenger trains position tracking system is described and the realization method is given.
