罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼硬膜外用药在无痛分娩中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼应用在无痛分娩中的效果及应用价值。方法选取2015年1月-2016年1月在本院实施无痛分娩的产妇110例采用SPSS16.0生成随机数字分为联合组(罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼)和对照组(未采取任何镇痛方法)各55例,对比两组产妇各项分娩指标。结果联合组全产程时长(528.31±28.99)min,产后出血量(184.56±16.77)m L,新生儿Apgar评分(9.89±0.11)分,分娩疼痛评分(3.23±1.16)分;对照组全产程时长(613.54±46.72)min,产后出血量(227.39±28.67)m L,新生儿Apgar评分(9.13±0.52)分,分娩疼痛评分(7.15±2.54)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(t=11.4959、9.5632、10.6044、10.4111,P<0.05)。联合组自然分娩率为94.55%,剖宫产率为3.64%;对照组自然分娩率为76.36%,剖宫产率为18.18%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.3138、5.9864,P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼应用在无痛分娩中可以缩短产程,减轻产妇疼痛感,提升自然分娩率,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore application effect and application value of ropivacaine composite in epidural sufentanil. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital the painless childbirth puerpera 110 cases using SPSS16.0 were selected to generate random Numbers into the joint groups（ropivacaine composite sufentanil paid）and the control group（no analgesia methods）to take any analgesia 55 cases, compared two groups of puerpera childbirth indicators. Results The total labor time of the joint group（528.31 ±28.99）min, postpartum haemorrhage amount（184.56±16.77）mL, neonatal Apgar score（9.89±0.11）points, childbirth pain score（3.23±1.16）points; the total labor time of the control group（613.54±613.54）min, postpartum haemorrhage amount（227.39±28.67）ml, neonatal Apgar score（9.13±0.52）points, childbirth pain score（7.15±2.54）points, comparison between groups was statistically significant difference（t = 11.4959, 9.5632, 10.6044, 9.5632, P〈0.05）. The natural births of the joint group was 94.55%, the cesarean delivery rate was 3.64%; the natural births of the control group was 76.36%, the cesarean delivery rate was 18.18%, the comparison between groups was statistically significant difference（χ^2= 7.3138, 5.9864, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ropivacaine paid in composite application in epidural sufentanil can shorten the labor, reduce maternal pain, improve natural births, it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
