社区2型糖尿病患者社会资本与生存质量的典型相关分析

摘　　要：目的了解城市社区2型糖尿病患者的社会资本、生存质量现状,并分析二者之间的关系。方法采用便利抽样对乌鲁木齐市米东区某社区2型糖尿病患者的生存质量、社会资本情况进行问卷调查,并分析二者之间的相关关系。结果共计收集有效问卷151份,社区糖尿病患者的社会资本与生存质量各维度得分均较低,其中社会资本总分为(5.04±2.76)分,生存质量总分(66.87±13.48)分,整体水平较低(t=3.708,P<0.05)。二者之间的典型相关系数是0.552,P<0.05。其中信任度、主动获取资源能力与生理功能、社会关系、治疗维度呈正相关。结论米东社区2型糖尿病患者中的社会资本普遍较低,生存质量不高。应注重糖尿病患者社会资本的支持,以有效提高其生存质量。Objective TTo study the status quo of social capital about community patients with type 2 diabetes, to explore the relationship between social capital and quality of life. Methods The convenient sampling method and the questionnaire were adopted to investigate the quality of life and social capital about patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at a community of Miquan-east of Urumqi, and the relationship between quality of life and social capital was analyzed. Results Total effective questionnaire was 151 cases, the scores of social capital and the quality of life at community were low, social capital was（5.04 ± 2.76）points, scores of quality of life was（ 66.87±13.48）, they both were lower than the norm value（t = 3.708, P〈0.05）. Typical correlation coefficient between social capital and quality of life was 0.552, P〈0.05. They were positive correlation between the trust degree of diabetic patients, the ability of active access to resources and physiological function, social relations, the treatment dimensions. Conclusions Social capital of patients with type 2 diabetes at Miqua-east community is low, and their quality of life also is not high. This situation is affected by many factors. Society and health care workers at community should pay more attention to social capital in diabetic patients, and try to improve their quality of life.
