髌骨固定针与克氏针张力带治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨髌骨固定针与克氏针张力带治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法以我院收治的68例髌骨骨折患者作为本次研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同,分为对照组与观察组,每组各为34例,对照组患者采用克氏针张力带治疗,观察组采用髌骨固定针治疗,观察两组效果。结果观察组手术时间及膝关节恢复情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对髌骨骨折患者采用髌骨固定针治疗,效果显著,术后膝关节功能恢复良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of patellar fixed needle and kirschner wires tension band in treatment of patellar fracture. Methods 68 cases with patellar fracture in our hospital were selected as research object. 68 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each. Control group were treated by kirschner wires tension band, while observation group was treated with patella fixed needle. Therapeutic effects in the two groups were observed. Results Operation time and healing time in observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group. The treatment effect in observation group was better than that in the control group. And recovery of the knee joint function in observation group was significantly better than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Patella fixed needle can be used to treat the patients with patella fracture and its effect is remarkable, and the postoperative knee joint function is well restored, so it is worthy of clinical application.
