摘　　要：文章立足海洋生态文明建设的政策现实,结合国内外产业生态化的理论梳理,从系统论的角度出发,在提出海洋产业生态化概念模型、构成要素的基础上,系统解释海洋产业生态化的运行机理,构建"区域功能划分—生态化水平诊断—企业意愿辨析"的海洋产业生态化外缘系统识别框架,确定"组织类型—投资方式—转型模式—工程建设"的海洋产业生态化内核系统组合类型,耦合内外两系统形成海洋产业生态化模式的分类方案,为沿海地区政府因地制宜推进海洋产业生态化提供理论支持,为中国建设海洋生态文明奠定科学基础。Based on the theory of industrial ecologization,from the viewpoint of system theory,on the basis of defining the conceptual model and systemic elements,the paper explained the operation mechanism of marine industrial ecologization,proposed the construction of external system recognition framework and kernel system combination type,with the interaction of two systems,the system classification scheme of marine industrial ecologization were formatted.The results could provide scientific support to suit local conditions for local government,and also to establish the scientific basis for the construction of marine ecological civilization.
