摘　　要：讨论格序环(即l-环)上的l-矩阵环的l-理想,建立l-环理想与l-矩阵环理想之间的关系.In this paper,we discuss the l-ideals of l-matrix rings over an l-ring and establish the relationship between l-ideals of the l-rings and l-ideals of the matrix rings.
