摘  要:目的探讨手动单穴"肺俞"穴对支气管哮喘血清促肾上腺皮质激素(Adrenocorticotropic hormone,ACTH)的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、"肺俞"穴组以及非经非穴组,每组20只。卵蛋白(OVA)制敏、诱导建立哮喘大鼠模型,用细胞计数板计算支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中细胞总数,Wright Giemsa染色后分类细胞计数,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测大鼠血清ACTH的含量。结果针刺"肺俞"穴能减轻支气管哮喘模型的炎性细胞数量(P<0.05),并与非经穴相比具有明显差别(P<0.05)。哮喘大鼠血清ACTH含量降低(P<0.05),然而针刺"肺俞"穴并不能上调支气管哮喘中下降的ACTH含量(P>0.05)。结论手动针刺单穴"肺俞"穴对缓解哮喘咳嗽及消炎作用具有基础理论支持,但是其缓解炎症的途径不经过内分泌ACTH,是否具有缓解"气喘"的功能及机制还得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the effect of "Feishu" on ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic, hormone) level in serum of rats with bronchial asthma. Methods 80 Wistar rats were randomly and averagely divided into the normal control group, model group, "Feishu" acupoint group and the non-channel-non-acupoint group. Ovalbumin (OVA) was sensitized and induced to establish the rat model of asthma. The total number of cells in bronchoalveolar lavage(BALF) was calculated by cell counting plat using Wright-Giemsa for cell count, and the content of serum ACTH was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results Acupuncture at "Feishu" can reduce the number of inflammatory cells(P〈0.05) in asthma model, with obvious difference compared with non-channel-non-acupoint group(P〈0.05). The results of ELISA showed that the serum ACTH levels in asthmatic rats decreased(P〈0.05), however, acupuncture at "Feishu" acupoint did not increase ACTH content in bronchial asthma(P〉0.05). Conclusion Manual acupuncture of single point "Feishu" has the basic theoretical support for the anti-inflammatory and relieving cough of asthma. However, the way to alleviate inflammation is not through endocrine ACTH, and whether or not it has the function and mechanism of relieving asthma has to be further studied.
