摘 要:目的探讨手动"肺俞"单穴对支气管哮喘肺组织中白细胞介素-1β和6的影响。方法Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、"肺俞"穴组以及非经非穴组,每组10只。卵蛋白(OVA)制敏、诱导建立哮喘大鼠模型,苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察大鼠肺组织病理改变、采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测小鼠肺组织匀浆上清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量。结果针刺"肺俞"穴能够减轻支气管哮喘模型的炎性病理变化,减轻气道增厚,炎性细胞集聚,与非经穴相比具有明显差别。针刺"肺俞"穴可以下调支气管哮喘中升高的IL-1β含量(P=0.009),但是手动针刺"肺俞"单穴并不能明显下调支气管哮喘中升高的IL-6含量(P>0.05)。结论手动针刺"肺俞"单穴对支气管哮喘发病的调节作用可能与下调IL-1β表达水平相关。Objective To investigate the effect of manual single point "Feishu" acupoint on interleukin-1 beta and interleukin-6 in lung tissue of the asthmatic Wistar rats. Methods 40 Wistar rats were randomly and averagely divided into: normal control group, the model group, the "Feishu" acupoint group and the nou-channel-non-acupoint group. HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of lung tissue, ELISA was used to detect the levels of intedeukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the lung tissue. Results Acupuncture "Feishu" point can alleviate the inflammatory pathological changes of bronchial asthma model, reduce airway thickening and inflammatory cell aggregation. The acupuncture "Feishu" point could downregulate the elevated IL-lbeta levels in bronchial asthma(P=0.009), but with no effect for the elevated IL-6 content in bronchial asthma(P=0.131). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture "Feishu" point on bronchial asthma might be related to the downregulation of IL-1 beta expression.
