摘　　要：本文介绍了粉煤喷吹还原炉在生产实践中存在的问题并深入分析,通过喷枪布局、喷枪角度、虹吸道构造等一系列改造,解决了制约生产的因素,提高劳动生产率,改善作业环境,增加了经济效益。This paper introduces the pulverized coal bottom blowing reduction furnace in the practice problems and indepth analysis, through the gun layout, spray angle, siphon structure and a series of transformation, to solve the constraints of production, improve labor productivity, improve working environment, increase economic benefits.
