摘  要:基于华塑CAE软件对护套进行有限元分析,确定合理的工艺方案;根据护套件结构特点,优化模具结构,采用分体式模具结构,解决复杂模具结构分解成简单几何结构,成功解决加工问题、装配问题以及注塑成型排气问题;利用胶塞螺钉、推杆与推件板,实现二次推出,有效解决了软性材质脱模难问题;经实践验证,该模具结构合理,方案可行有效,在同类产品中有一定借鉴作用。The finite element method was applied to the protecting jacket based on Huasu CAE software, and a reasonable process scheme was determined. According to the structural features of the sheath, the problem of complex die structure decomposing into simple geometric structure was resolved by optimizing the mold structure and adapting the split die structure, which solved the problem of injection molding machining, assembly and exhaust. The difficulty of soft material release was solved efficiently by means of the twi-ejection method, which is adopted plug screw, push rod and plate. Practice proves that the mound structure is reasonable and the process is feasible and effective, which can be used for reference in similar products.
