摘  要:广州地铁RGH20C型钢轨打磨车发动机主要为John Deere 6135HF485型,其冷却水泵与其他类型水泵结构原理基本一致,重点阐述了一种水泵轴承装配工艺问题引起水密封结构失效,导致冷却水和机油混合,引发发动机自由端齿轮系故障的案例分析;通过对水泵整体结构解体,充分分析了各部件配合精度及动作原理,从设计和用户角度论证水封故障原因,并为后续水泵日常维护提供了案例指导和分析思路。Guangzhou Metro RGH20C rail grinding machine engine is mainly John Deere 6135HF485 type, the cooling pump and other types of pump structure is basically the same principle, this paper focuses on a pump bearing assembly process problems caused by water seal structure failure, resulting in cooling water and oil mixture, which leads to the analysis of the failure of the engine free-end gear train. Through the disintegration of the whole structure of the pump, the precision and action principle of each component are analyzed, and the cause of the fault is demonstrated from the design and user's point of view, and the case guidance is provided for the routine maintenance of the subsequent pump. analysis of idea.
