摘  要:为快速设计柴油机冷却水套,采用建模仿真的方法,建立某柴油机样机的冷却水套模型,采用非结构化方法进行网格划分,进行CFD模拟计算,通过计算结果的分析对整个冷却系统的冷却效果进行评价,发现原机冷却水套存在的问题,针对出现的问题提出改进方案,并对改进后的模型进行计算分析,结果表明,改进后结构缸体各缸冷却更为均匀,缸盖鼻梁区冷却液速度得到极大提高,缸体水套涡流减少,杜绝因局部过热蒸汽形成气囊的可能,缸体水套上部流场速度大幅度增加,并形成了有规律的横流,满足了设计要求.In order to design of diesel engine cooling water jacket fast, this paper built a cooling water jacket model for prototype diesel engine, generated mesh by unstructured method, then carried out simulation and calculation works by CFD software. The results was used in the evaluation on cooling effect of the whole cooling system afterward, through which this paper identified the problems existing in the original machine cooling jacket and put forward an improvement scheme furthermore. By calculating and analyzing on the improved model, the results of study show that the improved structure makes obvious progress in uniform cooling among each cylinder, as well as the speed of cooling liquid in the valve bridge of the cylinder block. The eddy current of the cylinder water jacket has been reduced, which eliminates the possibility of forming balloons caused by local superheated steam. The flow field rate of the upper cylinder water jacket has got a substantial increasing and a regular cross-flow has been formed, which meets the design requirements.
