补肾健骨法对肾性骨病透析患者甲状旁腺素、钙磷代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾健骨法对维持血液透析治疗的肾性骨病患者的影响。方法:将汕头市澄海区人民医院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的62例维持血液透析治疗的肾性骨病患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采取血液透析及口服骨化三醇、碳酸钙D3咀嚼片等一般治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用补肾健骨胶囊口服治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后甲状旁腺素、钙磷代谢以及患者生存质量等。结果:治疗结束后两组各项指标均较治疗前有所改善,与同组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血钙、血磷比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组甲状旁腺素水平低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后观察组较对照组生存质量评分高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健骨法能够明显改善患者临床症状,降低甲状旁腺素水平,调节钙、磷代谢,提高患者生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Jiangu on patients with renal bone disease treated by hemodialysis. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 62 cases of hemodialysis treatment of renal bone disease patients as the object of this study. The patients in the control group were treated with hemodialysis and orally calcined triol, calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablets. The patients in the observation group were treated with Bushenjiangu pill on the basis of the control group. Results After treatment, the indexes in both groups improved compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）. There was no signifi cant difference in serum calcium and phosphorus between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The level of parathyroid hormone in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had higher quality of life scores than the control group, with signifi cant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bushen Jiangu method can signifi cantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce parathyroid hormone, maintain serum calcium, serum phosphorus balance, improve the quality of life of patients.
