摘 要:攀枝花密地选钛厂以钒钛磁铁矿选铁尾矿为原料进行钛的回收。选钛原料粒度分布宽,Ti O_2品位9.54%,钛主要以钛铁矿的形式存在。针对原粗、细分级—两段强磁选—浮选原则流程选别指标差的问题,对选钛原料进行窄粒级选钛试验。结果表明:选钛原料经1 mm隔渣后,分级为粗粒级(+0.1 mm)、细粒级(0.038~0.1 mm)和超细粒级(-0.038 mm),对粗粒级和细粒级采用磁选—浮选原则流程进行选钛试验,最终可分别获得产率5.05%、Ti O_2品位47.32%、回收率25.05%的粗粒钛精矿和产率6.41%、Ti O_2品位47.29%、Ti O_2回收率31.76%的细粒钛精矿;超细粒级经悬振—2次粗选浮硫—1粗3精选钛开路流程试验选别,可获得产率0.53%、Ti O_2品位47.13%、回收率2.60%的超细粒钛精矿。各粒级钛精矿合并为Ti O_2品位47.30%、回收率59.41%的合格综合钛精矿,相比原工艺流程,Ti O_2回收率提高24个百分点左右,说明窄粒级选钛能显著加强钛铁矿的回收,大幅度提高钛精矿回收率,实现了选铁尾矿钛的高效回收利用。The recovery of titanium from the iron tailings of vanadium titanium magnetite in the Midi titanium dressing plant in Panzhihua is carried out.The particle size distribution of titanium raw material is wide,whose Ti O2grade is 9.54%,and titanium mainly exists in the form of ilmenite.Aiming at the problem of bad benefication index of coarse and fine particle fractions-two stage high intensity magnetic separation-flotation principle flowsheet,narrow size experiment on separating titanium from the titanium raw material was conducted.Results show that the raw material was classified into coarse fraction(+0.1mm),fine fraction(0.038-0.1 mm)and ultra-fine fraction(-0.038 mm)after 1 mm slag screening.Coarse titanium concentrate with yield of 5.05%,Ti O2grade of 47.32%,recovery of 25.05%and fine titanium concentrate with yield of 6.41%,Ti O2grade of 47.29%,recovery of 31.76%were obtained after coarse fraction and fine fraction raw material were separated by the principle flowsheet of magnetic separation-flotation.Ultra-fine titanium concentrate with yield of 0.53%,Ti O2grade of 47.13%,recovery of2.60%was obtained after beneficiating ultra-fine fraction raw material by the open circuit test of suspension vibration-two roughing flotation of sulfur-one roughing and three cleaning flotation of titanium.Each fraction titanium concentrate could be combined into qualified synthetic titanium concentrate with Ti O2grade of 47.30%,recovery of 59.41%.Compared to the original process flowsheet,concentrate Ti O2recovery rate is increased by about 24 percentage points.It shows that the recovery of titanium concentrate and ilmenite can be obviously increased and enhanced by narrow size beneficiation titanium,highly efficient recovery and utilization of titanium from the iron tailings is realized.
