摘  要:目的形成较为全面的员工管理体系以应对近年来环境变化对员工队伍的冲击。方法通过对某院员工数据统计分析,结合相关员工管理经验,总结得到具体应对方法。结果形成合理调整员工收入、科学管理人力投入、重视员工精神建设、关注员工入职筛选四个环节与层次的应对策略,提出在当前的流动趋势下员工管理思路方面的改变。结论军队医院应更加重视在员工稳定性方面的控制,强化员工队伍管理。Objective To establish a comprehensive staff management system to respond to the impact of environmental change on the staff.Methods The hospital staff data were analyzed and solutions were put forward by drawing on the experience of managing staff in our hospital.Results Strategies including reasonably adjusting the employee income,scientifically managing the funding for human resources,emphasizing the spiritual construction of the employees,and paying due attention to the selection of staff were put forward.Furthermore,changes should be made in the staff management under the current situation.Conclusion Military hospitals should pay more attention to the control of staff stability and strengthen the staff management.
