摘　　要：目的了解门诊患者突发病情变化的应急干预情况,提高医院门诊患者就医安全。方法针对门诊公共区域的部分患者在就医过程中突发病情变化的安全快速处置,集中各方力量,通过急救小组,实施有效的救治措施并做好安全转运。结果有效保障突发病情变化患者的安全。结论加强业务培训与考核,提升医疗护理技术水平,建立合理有效的急救制度,提高患者满意度,树立医患风险意识,保障患者就医安全。Objective To understand the emergency interventions for patients with an emergent change at outpatient clinic so as to improve outpatients＇ medical safety.Methods Safe and rapid interventions were provided for some patients with an emergent change at public region of outpatient clinic.Efforts were concentrated.Effective interventions combined with safe transportation were carried out by emergency rescue teams.Results The safety of patients with an emergent change was effectively guaranteed.Conclusion The training and evaluation of professional work should be strengthened,the level of medical and nursing ought to be improved,and reasonable and effective first-aid system need to be established so as to improve patients＇ satisfaction,set up the consciousness of doctor-patient risk,and ensure patients＇ medical safety.
