41株金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解从中日友好医院临床分离出的金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药状况。方法 :对 41株金黄色葡萄球菌进行药敏试验并对耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA)作 β -内酰胺测试 ,然后进行耐药分析。结果 :41株金黄色葡萄球菌中有 3 5株MRSA ,占 85 .4% ;有 6株对甲氧西林敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌 (MSSA) ,占 14 .6%。所有样本对呋西地酸、呋喃妥因、原始霉素、替考拉宁和万古霉素耐药率均为 0 ;MRSA对 2 4种抗生素的耐药率均在 5 0 %以上 ,其中耐药率为10 0 %的有 16种 ;而MSSA对抗生素耐药率超过 5 0 %的只有 7种 ,耐药率为 0的有 2 0种 ;金黄色葡萄球菌的产 β -内酰胺酶的产酶率为 63 .4% ,MRSA和MSSA产酶率分别为 60 %和 83 .3 %。结论 :该院MRSA检出率非常高 ,其对万古霉素、呋西地酸、呋喃妥因、原始霉素和替考拉宁非常敏感 ;β -内酰胺酶的产酶率MSSA高于MRSA。Objective: To acquire the information about the present resistance characteristics in Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) in China-Japan Friendship Hospital and to instruct rational appilcation of antibiotics clinically. Methods: A total of 41 isolates of S.aureus were collected from infectious sample in China-Japan Friendship Holpital from November 2000 to April 2001.And then the susceptibility testing and β-lactamase determination were performed for each of the strains. Then analysis all the date from the test. Results: In the 41 isolates, 35 isolates were MRSA(Methicillin-resistant S. aureus),the ratio was 85.4%;6 isolates were MSSA(Methicillin-susceptible S. aureus),the ratio was 14.6%. All the 41 isolates S. aureus were susceptible to Fusic Acid, Nitrofurantoin,Pristinamycin, Teicoplanin and Vancomycin. MRSA resistance rates to 24 antibiotics were over 50%,while MSSA resistance rates to 7 antibiotics were over 50%;The incidence of MRSA and MSSA producing β-lactamase was 60%and 83.3%;the total rate was 63.4%.Conclusion: The ratio of MRSA isolating was high in this hospital and MRSA was very susceptible to Vancemycin, Fusic Acid, Nitrofurantoin, Pristinamycin and Teicoplanin,the incidence of MSSA producing β-lactamase was higher than that of MRSA.
