显微精索静脉结扎术对精索静脉曲张伴早泄患者性生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察显微精索静脉结扎手术对伴有早泄的精索静脉曲张患者的治疗作用。方法:随访我院2014年1月至2016年9月住院的249例精索静脉曲张患者,其中术前伴早泄患者138例(19~45岁),IELT评分均小于2min。所有患者均行显微精索静脉结扎术。对所有患者随访3个月,并对手术前、手术后3个月的IELT、HEF-15性生活满意度评分进行对比分析。结果:入组分析的138例患者,术后3个月复查均无残留和复发,均完成问卷,IELT评分、性生活满意度51例(37.0%)缓解、87例(63.0%)无效。结论:临床很多并发精索静脉曲张和PE的患者,当常规早泄手段效果不佳时,精索静脉结扎术是治疗早泄可选方法之一。Objectives： To determine the impacts of varicocelectomy on patients with both premature ejaculation and varicoceles. Methods： A total of 249 patients with varicocele from January 2014 to September 2016 were followed up in our hospital. Among them,there were 138 patients（ 19-45 years old） with varicoceles and premature ejaculation（ PE） before treatment. IELT scores were all less than 2 min. All patients received varicocelectomy.These patients were followed up for about 3 months and evaluated by IELT and HEF-15 scores before and after the surgery. Results： A total of 138 patients with varicoceles and PE were enrolled into the study. All questionnaires were completed,IELT score and sexual satisfaction were alleviated in 51 cases（ 36. 7%）,and 87 cases were invalid. Conclusions： There are significant number of patients with varicoceles and premature ejaculation. For these with bad effect of conventional PE therapy,varicocelectomy could effectively improve the treatment effect of PE.
