生精胶囊和维生素C钠胶囊联合治疗精液不液化的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨精液不液化的治疗方案。方法:对100例精液不液化患者进行药物干预,采用生精胶囊(1.6g,3次/d)、维生素C钠胶囊(0.224g,3次/d)联合治疗,治疗时间3个月。采用CASA检测精液。结果:100例患者入组,3个月后其中88例患者被成功随访。对治疗前、治疗后1、3个月精液参数进行分析,结果显示治疗后精子体积、精子活动度c无统计学差异,精液液化时间、精子密度、精子活动度a、b、d存在统计学差异。两种药物联合使用,可明显改善精液液化。持续用药3个月,精液液化时间较前仍会缩短,提示药物作用具有延续效应。用药后,a、b级精子增加,d级精子减少,提示精液液化改善可能有助于改善精子活力。结论:生精胶囊和维生素C钠胶囊联合应用,能有效改善精液液化,可用于治疗精液不液化。Objectives： To discuss the effectiveness of combined Shengjing capsule and sodium ascorbate capsule in men with semen noliquefaction. Methods： 100 men with semen nonliquefaction were selected. They were treated with combined Shengjing capsule（ 1. 6 g,3 times/day） and sodium ascorbate capsule（ 0. 224 g,3 times/day） for 3 months. Results： 100 patients were enrolled,88 of whom were successfully followed up for 3 months.Semen volume and motility grade c showed no difference between groups,while seminal liquefaction,semen concentration and motility grade a,b,d changed with treating time. Conclusion： Treatment of Shengjing capsule with sodium ascorbate capsule can improve the semen liquefaction and increase seminal motility.
