摘  要:2011年5月15日、7月15日和9月15日,对亚布力滑雪旅游区水源地好汉泊水库和灵芝湖水库中浮游植物群落结构和水质进行了研究。结果表明,两个水库中共有浮游植物7门49属90种及变种,以硅藻门和绿藻门种类为主,分别占总物种数的41.11%和36.67%;浮游植物丰度为10.8×104~537.6×104ind./L;浮游植物生物量为0.05~4.79 mg/L;浮游植物群落的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为2.06~4.50,综合营养指数为8~39。亚布力滑雪旅游区水源地水质为轻污染或中污染,水体营养型为贫—中营养型。On May 15, July 15, and September 15 of 2011, the investigations on phytoplankton and water quality was carried out in Haohanpo reservoir and Lingzhi Lake in Yabuli ski resort. The results showed that a total of 7 phylum, 49 genus, 90 species and varieties were recorded, species composition was dominated by diatoms(41.11%) and green algae(36.67%). Abundance and biomass of phytoplankton were 10.8×104-537.6×104 ind./L and 0.05-4.79 mg/L. The Shannon-Wiener and trophic level indices were 2.06 to 4.5 and 8 to 39. The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the water quality was light pollution or middle pollution, the nutrition types of water was revealed oligotrophic to mesotrophic in the reservoirs in Yabuli ski resort. As one of the world famous tourist areas, with tourism activities increase, the comprehensive measures should be taken to strengthen the management and protection of water resources region of Yabuli ski resort.
