摘  要:感音神经性耳聋根据受累频率不同分为低频、中频、高频和全频耳聋。其中,中频感音神经性耳聋是一种特殊类型,有其独特的病因。下一代基因测序技术出现以后,针对中频感音神经性耳聋的病因学研究取得了飞速进展。研究认为,遗传因素在中频感音神经性耳聋的发生中发挥了重要作用。本文结合大量国内外文献对中频听力下降为主的感音神经性耳聋的病因学、临床表现、愈后及治疗方法进行系统综述,以期对临床中频感音神经性耳聋诊治提供帮助。Sensorineural hearing loss can be divided into high-,mid-,low-, and total-frequency of hearing loss according to the involved frequencies. Mid-frequency sensorineural hearing loss (MFSNHL) or a U-shaped pattern, is uncommon. With the advancement of next generation sequencing, there are rapid progress in the aetiology of MFSNHL. Up to now, several studies have reported deafness genes related to MFSNHL as the main cause. The objective of this article is to investigate the aetiology and prognostic significance of MFSNHL. It is wished this work would be helpful for instruction of clinical diagnosis and intervention of MFSNHL.
