摘　　要：^125I放射性粒子被广泛应用于多种实体肿瘤的治疗，但其具有放射性，易对周围人群造成伤害。作者通过对^125I放射性粒子防护必要性、防护标准、防护原则及防护措施进行总结，强调医护人员应通过增强防护意识，增大与放射源的距离，采用屏蔽措施及缩短接触时间等措施来确保医护人员安全。^125I radioactive particles are widely used in the treatment of multiple solid tumors, but they are radioactive and vulnerable to the surrounding populations. The author through to the ^125I radioactive particles protective necessity, protection standards, protective principle and protective measures are summarized, emphasizing the medical staff should strengthen the protection consdousness, through increased with the distance of the source, adopt measures such as shielding measures and shortening the time of contact to ensure staff safety.
