布洛芬缓释片的处方筛选及体外释放度研究

摘　　要：筛选12h缓释的布洛芬骨架片处方,并考察其在体外的释放规律.筛选布洛芬缓释片体外释放方法.以缓释片在p H6.0介质中释药行为与目标释药曲线之间的相似因子作为评价指标,通过单因素筛选和正交设计优化布洛芬缓释片处方工艺.结果表明,选用pH依赖型的丙烯酸树脂可以得到在体外12h释放达到90%的布洛芬缓释片,处方重现性良好,稳定性佳.The prescription of 12-hour sustained-release ibuprofen tablets wasscreened and its release in vitro was investigated.The similarity factor between the release behavior of the sustained release tablets and the target drug release curve was used as the evaluation index to guide the optimization of pretreatment process of the ibuprofen sustained release tablets by single factor screening and orthogonal design.The results showed that the ibuprofen sustained-release tablets of which the in vitro release reached 90% within 12 hours can be achieved by using pH-dependent acrylic resin.The prescription reproducibility and stability was excellent .
