摘　　要：目的：探讨HRCT对肺内马赛克灌注病因的鉴别诊断价值.方法：回顾分析41例经临床病理证实的呼吸道疾病和血管疾病所致马赛克灌注的HRCT特征.结果：HRCT对肺内马赛克灌注病因的诊断与临床诊断一致.结论：通过分析马赛克灌注的形态、分布、范围以及吸气相与呼气相衰减可以推断出疾病的类型,对临床鉴别诊断具有重要价值.Objective To evaluate the value of HRCT in the differential diagnosis of intrapulmonary mosaics. Methods the HRCT features of 41 cases of respiratory disease and vascular disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results HRCT was consistent with the diagnosis and clinical diagnosis of intratopulmonary Mosaic perfusion. Conclusion by analyzing the morphology, distribution, range of Mosaic perfusion and attenuation of inhalation and exhalation, the type of disease can be inferred, and it is of great value for clinical differential diagnosis.
